I wasn’t planning on writing this trip report. Indeed, I rarely write trip repots, largely because they’re a hassle and most products have been reviewed too many times. However, this trip turned into a delighting series of unfortunate events (comically so), so I thought it’d be a fun read. The trip starts out well, but ends… poorly.
There’s a current deal from Toronto YYZ to Luxembourg LUX for ~$598 on Air France/KLM. This deal seems to go on from October to May. Unfortunately, it doesn’t show as valid during the Winter holiday season.
$603USD Toronto YYZ – Bucharest OTP, round-trip, everything included, flying on Air France, KLM, and/or Alitalia. You can route through Paris CDG, Amsterdam AMS, Milan MXP, or Rome FCO (though it seems like it’s easier to route through CDG or AMS). Can get as cheap as 5.9CPM.
