Right now, there's a mistake fare on Transaero, a Russian carrier, between New York City JFK and Tel Aviv TLV/Beijing PEK. The flights are round-trip, taxes included. The fare to Tel Aviv is $382.28USD, and to Beijing for $465.39USD.

If you have NEXUS, you're also enrolled in Global Entry (GE). GE allows you to use the SENTRI lane, which is similar to NEXUS. GE members, and therefore NEXUS members, are entitled to use the SENTRI crossing when returning to the United States. I booked this hotel on the Orbitz VISACHECKOUT $100-off promotion from a couple weeks ago, paying $33 in the end. Even with this significant discount, I regret staying at the ALT Hotel-Toronto, and would have rather paid more or used points to stay at a different hotel.
